It is the first indoor playground in Brooklyn, designed for children ages 10 months through 6 years old. In the winter, it's a fun escape from the cold and in the summer, it's the place to be away from the heat and crowds of outdoor playgrounds.

The playspace is divided into four areas designed to entertain children and stimulate their imaginations:

• A padded infant area where babies have the space to safely crawl around and play with soft toys as their parents look on.

• A cozy story nook provides a place where parents can read to their children.

• A sandroom, beautifully decorated to resemble a giant sandcastle, where children's sensory development and creativity will be stimulated.

• A jungle gym which gives children an opportunity for more active play. They can climb, slide and crawl safely while their parents watch from the café area.

Parents can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack at the Tuscan Café.

For $10, families can visit Honeydew Drop Playhouse for up to 2 hours of playtime - on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. We also offer prepaid cards: your family can make up to 10 visits to the Playhouse for the discounted amount of $80.
