Fitore was born and raised in Albania, where she worked as a first grade teacher for three years. She came to the US in 2000 where she started studying English and Early Childhood Education. She will graduate in June from Touro College and will continue with graduate studies there in the fall. Through Touro, she student taught kindergarten in public school. Fitore started at Honeydew in February 2008. Prior to Honeydew, Fitore worked with 3-5 year olds in a preparatory school. It is a delight to work with the creative and energetic Honeydew children, parents and staff. Fitore lives with her husband and two children.
