Honeydew Drop's curriculum has a solid foundation in early childhood development. The various areas in the classroom are designed to encourage children's exploration and learning.

Children use their imaginations to transform the indoor jungle gym into whatever they please, whether it be a make-believe house or a spaceship. In this environment, imagination is encouraged, and children are able to further improve their motor and socialization skills. Our cozy book corner provides a quiet space for reading and one-on-one time with one of our trained staff members. Our daycare facilities are also equipped with a variety of manipulative toys that help develop fine motor and cognitive skills. The block area encourages constructive play, and introduces children to mathematic and scientific concepts. Our art materials and easel are always available for creative and messy play. Our costume area is well-stocked with capes, skirts, hats and shoes where children can partake in dramatic reenactments of their favorite stories, or can simply enjoy playing 'dress-up.'

Honeydew Drop's staff consists of a lead teacher and assistants. Music and art educators are also incorporated into the program each month. The staff is trained to provide an appropriate balance of parental affection and professionalism. They introduce the alphabet, numbers and patterns through fun-filled games
